Refund policy
If you're not completely satisfied with any of Reme products, you can return them for a refund or store credit. We'll only accept returns for store credit or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of delivery. Please note that opened or damaged products cannot be refunded.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order has arrived damaged or with faulty products, contact remeco2022@gmail.com for a replacement.
Please note that Reme cannot issue refunds for products purchased from other retailers. Returns are only applicable for products purchased on www.remeskincare.com.au
